Up to $10,000 in additional lump sum accident hospital benefits

You'll receive a lump sum benefit after you are confined in a hospital for 30, 60, or 90 consecutive days for an injury due to a covered accident that could amount to up to $10,000. That's in addition to any other cash benefits you receive through the plan. Benefit amounts reduce 50% at age 70. Benefit amounts for eligible dependents are 50% for a spouse and 20% for children.
